Market Leader requires a senior software developer.
You will ensure that projects are carried out with maximum efficiency and that design and technical decisions made support timely delivery of a quality product. This role includes working closely with project managers to create viable plans, and also with more junior developers to ensure that quality work is carried throughout the project team.
Mandatory skills:
Take technical lead on project development teams, providing leadership and motivation as necessary.
Deliver new or modified product components to acceptable level of quality and to agreed deadlines.
Plan and accurately estimate work which may be carried out by other members of staff.
Track on-going work (own or others) and highlight, in a timely manner, any deviations from agreed plan.
Communicate clearly (both verbally and written).
Write specification and requirements documents.
Interact with customers and carry out professional work at a client site.
Assist and train more junior members of staff.
Ensure that Quality processes are followed throughout the project team.

Windows Programming (COM*MFC*ATL)
